Have you found yourself making these comments about your child (or even yourself)?
“If only he/she would focus, then they would learn”.
“He/she seems like such a bright child. I don’t understand why he/she is doing so poorly in school”.
“We do hours of extra homework, yet he/she is still showing poor grades”.
“My child hates going to school and avoids it”.
